Portfolio entries are original design explorations. They are not commissioned client work, and no client relationships are implied.

Articles on this site are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and reading them does not create a professional relationship.

Interactive tools compute arithmetic from the numbers you enter. They do not forecast revenue, guarantee outcomes, or constitute a recommendation about what you should do.

We aim to keep information current and correct, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it.

We may change, suspend or remove content or features without notice. We are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on content that has since changed.

All content on this site — design, code, text, original interface compositions and imagery — is the property of Rendered or is used under licence.

Original interface compositions shown in the portfolio are design artefacts produced by Rendered. They may not be copied, resold or presented as another party's work.

Photography is used under its respective licence. Attribution is recorded in the project documentation.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no scraping at volume, no submitting false or misleading information through the forms, and no using automated means to interfere with its operation.

Submitting a contact form or project estimate creates an enquiry, not an engagement. Any work we carry for you is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement setting out scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities.

Timelines quoted before an engagement are estimates and depend on scope, content readiness and the speed of feedback. We state this plainly rather than implying certainty we do not have.

To the extent permitted by law, Rendered is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
